In order to ensure that requests are handled in chronological/order of business impact while working with a very restrictive "work" schedule, I've decided to try using a ticket system for side jobs.  You don't have to worry about using it just yet...  I will forward all requests and (hopefully) use it to automatically send e-mail updates when I act on open tickets.  (That's the idea, anyway.)

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
